US Band Supplies had very specific requirements, they needed an e-commerce strategy to help them cope with demands of a rapidly growing customer base.

33 Internet met this challenge by creating what's seems on the outside to be a standard web presence for the company, however within the site we added a private "Dealer Center" to enable US Band to more efficiently provide a first class service to their 800+ retail customers.

Password protected, the Dealer Center enables the company's clients to download trade catalogues and price lists, view new product launches, special offers and closeout sales and more importantly, order direct online though a custom built ordering platform. We also added Dealer news bulletins, order tracking systems and direct enquiry email.
